17 new loft-style townhomes designed specifically for low to moderate income local artists in the Station North Arts and Entertainment District. The townhomes are the second phase of new housing in the district.
In partnership with Homes for America and Jubilee Baltimore, TRF DP developed City Arts – an apartment building featuring 69 energy efficient apartments. This building has been fully leased since its opening in November 2010.
