Neptune, NJ will soon welcome new development to its quiet coastal community. In the center of Neptune’s historic Midtown neighborhood, Schoolhouse Square will be the first new construction that the community has seen in many years.

TRF Development Partners is working with CityWorks and Interfaith Neighbors to create 58 new energy-efficient homes in Neptune Township. The partnership, redeveloping the former site of the Ridge Avenue School, will create one of the largest for-sale affordable housing developments in Monmouth County.
