It is centrally located within Baltimore City and has excellent access to regional transportation, jobs and recreational amenities. TRF Development Partners’ first development in Oliver will be Preston Place, strategically located to take advantage of ongoing nearby investment from the Johns Hopkins Medical Center and East Baltimore Development, Inc.
