In Camden, TRF Development Partners (TRF DP) has partnered with Saint Josephfs Carpenter Society (SJCS), a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting successful homeownership through homeowner education, housing development and community organizing. SJCS builds homes for families and offers not only affordable housing but an improved quality of life and safer neighborhoods. Most recently SJCS completed 219 for-sale units associated with the Baldwinfs Run HOPE VI Project.

Together, TRF DP and SJCS are building and developing 18 new owner-occupied homes in Carpenter's Square, an area located in the two-hundred block of East Camdenfs Boyd and Morse Streets.

The development takes advantage of Camdenfs many assets including its unmatched regional location, its excellent access to transportation arteries, its strong civic capital and its waterfront.

Carpenter's Square provides exceptional access to downtown Camden and Philadelphia both of which are within one mile.  It is also within walking distance to the Camden County Park system, the Cooper River Greenway, Camden High School and the thriving Federal Street business district.

The new townhomes will be two stories to match the existing characteristics of the neighborhood.
